For every event, Prime Minister Modi meticulously selects his attire. PM Modi made an appearance on Monday while the country anxiously awaited the pran pratishtha ceremony of Lord Ram Lalla at Ayodhya's Ram Mandir. He was dressed in a traditional golden/cream kurta-pajama, jacket, and stole. PM Modi entered the temple's stadium and went up the stairs to the garbha griha, the location of the pran-pratistha ritual. To participate in the pran pratishtha ceremonies, Prime Minister Modi has been fasting for the past 11 days, eating only fruits and coconut water, and sleeping on the ground. Afterwards, he proceeded to the sanctum sanctorum for the ceremonies while wearing a golden kurta, cream dhoti, and patka. He also took "sankalp" for the "pran pratishtha ceremony."
PM Modi carried a lotus in his hand as the ceremonies continued. At 12.30 p.m., during the holy hour of today's Abhijeet muhurat, the pran pratistha took place. Following the pran pratistha, PM Modi offered the Ram Lalla idol's aarti, conducted the deity's "parikrama," and concluded with the "dandavat pranam." Next, at Ayodhya's Ram Mandir, Prime Minister Modi broke his eleven-day fast by drinking water from Govind Dev Giri Ji Maharaj's hands.
The principal yajman of the consecration ceremony is Prime Minister Modi. Following an 11-day fast, Prime Minister Modi traveled to many South Indian states for a religious stay. Prime Minister Modi paid visits to several Tamil Nadu locations, including Kothandaramaswamy Temple in Dhanushkodi, Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple, Sri Arulmigu Ramanathaswamy Temple, Sree Ramaswami Temple in Kerala, and Panchavati in Maharashtra. PM Modi recited hymns and performed yama-niyama, a yoga practice, for the past 11 days.
At the garbha griha during the pran pratistha ritual, in addition to PM Modi, there was RSS chairman Mohan Bhagwat and chairman Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath. "Everyone experiences intense emotions during the heavenly time of Pran Prathishta of Shri Ram Lala in Ayodhya Dham. Being a member of this special program is a stroke of luck for me. "Jai Siyaram," Prime Minister Modi tweeted.
