Manoj Thane, who has been charged with the gruesome murder on Mumbai Mira Road, has had sex with his partner Saraswati Vaidia, 32, because he is HIV-positive, Indian Express reports. He told police he never had one. Manoj is accused of murdering Saraswati and disposing of her body by chopping it up and boiling it in a pressure cooker. The two have been living together in an apartment in Miralord for three years, but have known each other since 2014. Manoj told police she met Saraswati 16 years ago at the grocery store where she worked at the time. Sané told police he was diagnosed with HIV in 2008 and has been on medication since.
