1. 500 gram chicken, kata hua
2. 2 pyaaz, bareek kata hua
3. 2 tamatar, bareek kata hua
4. 2 hari mirch, bareek kata hua
5. Adrak-lehsun ka paste (1 chammach adrak aur 1 chammach lehsun ka paste)
6. 1 chammach haldi powder
7. 1 chammach lal mirch powder
8. Namak swad anusaar
9. 2 chammach dhaniya powder
10. 2 chammach garam masala
11. Tel
**Vidhi:**
1. Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein.
2. Tel garam hone par pyaaz ko golden brown hone tak bhunein.
3. Ab adrak-lehsun ka paste aur hari mirch daal kar mix karein aur bhunein.
4. Tamatar daal kar masala ko pakayein aur tel alag hone tak bhunein.
5. Ab haldi powder, lal mirch powder, namak, dhaniya powder aur garam masala daal kar mix karein.
6. Masala pakne par chicken ko daal kar acche se mix karein.
7. Chicken ko dhak kar dhimi aanch par pakaayein aur 15-20 minute tak pakne dein, ya jab tak chicken gal na jaaye.
8. Jab chicken gal jaaye, gas band karein aur garnish karke serve karein.
