Saman:
- Maida: 1.5 cup
- Cheeni: 1 cup
- Doodh: 1 cup
- Tel: 1/2 cup
- Lal Rang: 2 chammach
- Cocoa Powder: 2 chammach
- Vanilla Extract: 1 chammach
- Dahi: 1/2 cup
- Ande: 2 adad
- Sirka: 1 chammach
- Baking Powder: 1 chammach
- Baking Soda: 1/2 chammach
- Namak: 1/4 chammach
Prayog:
1. Sabse pehle, ek bartan mein maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda aur namak ko achhe se mila lein.
2. Ek alag bartan mein cheeni aur tel ko mila lein, phir usmein ande ek ek karke achhe se beat karein.
3. Ab ismein dahi, doodh, lal rang, sirka aur vanilla extract daal kar mila lein.
4. Ab taiyar kiya hua maida wala mixture dheere dheere is wet mixture mein daal kar mix karein.
5. Batter ko achhe se mix karne ke baad, ek baking tray ko tel ya maida se grease kar lein.
6. Ab batter ko tray mein dal kar use spread karein aur usse preheat kiye hue oven mein 180 degree Celsius par 35-40 minutes ke liye bake karein.
7. Cake ko oven se nikal kar thanda hone ke liye rakh dein.
8. Jab cake poori tarah se thanda ho jaaye, use tray se hata kar cooling rack par rakh dein.
9. Ab apne pasand ke mutabiq frosting karein. Aap cream cheese frosting ya buttercream frosting ka istemal kar sakte hain.
10. Cake ko frosting ke saath decorate karein aur apne priye ones ke saath serve karein.
