The third season of the popular Indian reality show Shark Tank India is all set to air soon, and there's already a lot of buzz around it. One of the biggest changes this season is the addition of two new sharks: Ritesh Agarwal, the founder of OYO Rooms, and Deepinder Goyal, the co-founder of Zomato.
In a recent interview, Agarwal was asked to name some Bollywood actors who he thinks would make great judges on Shark Tank India. He had two names in mind: Ranveer Singh and Ayushmann Khurrana.
"I think Ranveer Singh would be the one," Agarwal said. "He's got a great understanding of consumer behavior and he's always so full of energy. I think he would bring a lot of excitement to the show."
Agarwal also said that he thinks Ayushmann Khurrana would be a good fit for the show. "He's a very intelligent guy and he's always been very supportive of new and innovative businesses. I think he would be a great mentor to the entrepreneurs on the show."
It's interesting to hear Agarwal's thoughts on who would make good judges on Shark Tank India. It's clear that he's looking for people who have a good understanding of business, but also who are passionate and energetic. It will be interesting to see if either of his picks is actually approached by the show's producers.
In addition to Agarwal and Goyal, the other sharks on Shark Tank India Season 3 include Aman Gupta (boAt), Amit Jain (CarDekho Group), Anupam Mittal (Shaadi.com), Namita Thapar (Emcure Pharmaceuticals), Vineeta Singh (SUGAR Cosmetics), and Peyush Bansal (Lenskart).
The show is expected to premiere sometime in December 2023 or January 2024.
