Strong dedicated law enforcement agencies are the need of this hour.

What do we need to stop atrocities on Dalit and divyang employees in public sector and private sector enterprises as despite signing the UNCRPD in 2007 and making suitable amendments in the person's with disabilities act of 1995 known as Person's with Disabilities act 1995, in revised act known as  RPWD act 2016 and also some amendments in 2017  the divyang employees are not getting their proper promotion and other facilities provided in the act and when in a central government office of Postal Account's Kolkata the disabled employees are deprived of their rights and similar position is of dalit employees who also feel deprived then what could be the situation in private sector enterprises can easily be imagined so we need a strong dedicated law enforcement agencies under proper periodically watch system to give the best results of these laws which so far failed to give Cheers to all disabled and Dalit employees. It is not only necessary but mandatory also. I hope my message will reach to the right people and my request is that this message must be spread like a fire in jungles. I declare that this is true to the best of my knowledge and belief in last 30 years working life and without any malice towards any one.
