To the zoo on Sunday,

It was exciting in every way.

We saw a huge lion,

His name was Brian.

A tiger resting calmly,

A monkey poking it slyly.

A rhinoceros bathing happily,

A leopard saw it gloomily.

It was time for lunch,

But we had brunch.

Reptiles, birds and other animals we saw,

One of them was licking it’s paw.

It was time to say bye,

I gave a loud sigh.
