Taylor Jenkins Reid is the author of the New York Times Bestselling novels Carrie Soto Is Back, Malibu Rising, Daisy Jones and the Six and The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, as well as One True Loves, Maybe in Another Life, After I Do, and Forever, Interrupted. Her books have been chosen by Reese’s Book Club, Read with Jenna, Indie Next, Best of Amazon, and Book of the Month. Her novel, Daisy Jones and The Six, is currently being adapted by Hello Sunshine into a limited series for Amazon. She lives in Los Angeles. Reid was born in Maryland on December 21, 1983. At age 12, Reid and her family moved to Acton, Massachusetts. While working in the film industry, she met and married Alex Jenkins Reid, a screenwriter. Reid graduated from Emerson College in Boston and majored in media studies. She began her career in film production. After graduating from college, she moved to Los Angeles and worked as a casting assistant. Reid also worked at a high school before she got a book deal. She signed with her first literary agent at age 24. Forever, Interrupted, her first novel, was published in 2013. Reid co-wrote the television show Resident Advisors, which premiered in 2015.
