Meaning of Rich and Poor.

Before we learn how to get rich.  It is important to know what is meant by rich and poor.  And who is considered poor?  There is an imaginary line to measure poverty in India, which is called the poverty line or poverty line.  The one who comes below this line is called poor. The one who comes above is called rich.  Whose income is 1.8 lakhs per year or less, he is called poor.  Now you can understand which category you are in.  be poor or rich?
