I have not written my Diary for some time now. But as somebody who has taught extensively for the last fourteen years after which l ended my illustrious academic career l just hope our CM Mamata Banerjee pays attention to some facts. Our CM Mamata Banerjee is a perfect role model for the masses, in the efforts she has made to disseminate education. She has started many Universities and Colleges but sadly seats are lying vacant in the premier institutions of West Bengal so we do not know whether the word faculty crunch is actually applicable for colleges in West Bengal or not. She could have started more Govt Engg Colleges ITI colleges Medical colleges but the result is not that satisfactory. The Govt knows that setting up of these Colleges involve huge expenditure but Modiji is our Lohoamanav there is no reason why he should have held back any funds that would have contributed to West Bengal' s development. Our academics have only been able to increase their assets in the last ten years whereas resourceful people working in the private sector have suffered. Another three and a half years of Mamata Banerjee 's misrule means eating rice cakes for the coming years. The youth in the state of West Bengal have been cheated by the so called Atels who go around mincing words and wrapping up the whole nine yards of muslin. Cocktail and mocktails adorn the tables of the so called nouveau rich the TMCP faithfuls and we search for those good old days of Mr Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee in vain. The difference between the educated and literate masses is glaring now and Mamata Banerjee intends to be a keeper of these Atels who are wonderful actors, singers and writers. As the voice of the people we want a fair social order, the implementation of law and the rejection of the undeserving people. If social justice was assured by her women like me who ended up searching for the Oasis in the Saharan desert would not have witnessed the clear light of day.
