sbse important stage hai Baalavasta isme hum jo kuch sikhte hn vo jivan bhar hmare saath rhta hai wheather it is good or bad. Sbse jyada hum apne ghur or school m sikhte hn vhi hmara base hota h. But Indian School system of Education jisne bi bnaya h bhut hi improper, baseless or bina kisi fact of study ke aadhar par bnaya hai.Ye system Outdated hai because yha sirf nokri krna sikhaya jata h. Agar nokri mili to ap successful hn apko society accept krti h otherwise you are worthless ye Hume bachpan se hi btaya jata h.

Hume Jo school m btaya jata hai vo hmare jivan m bhut jaruri hota hai. Hume btaya jata hai ki humare jivan m koe goal hona chahiye but Hume ye ni btaya jata ki hum us goal ko achive kese krenge.
Language
Language kisi bi nation ki backbone hoti h. Hmari rashtriya Bhasha Hindi h isliye humari Hindi as compared to English achi h. But English is compulsory in various fields for salary hike but our education system can't help us to Improve this. Because Hindi is our native language and here Government have to make some efforts to provide us most jobs in our native language.
Lack Of Skills Trainings
Hmare School system mein there is lack of skills training. Skill training should be treated as regular subject along with other subjects.
Lack Of Communications Skills
ye bi ek bhut bda drawback h kyuki mostly Indian including me don't have this skill and it is the one of the most important skill one should have. Mostly jobs m mein yhi dekhi jati h.
Business Based Structure
Everyone working for money and that's the need of life and important for living but School system esa ni hona chahiye. But unfortunately in India our Schooling system is totally for Business purpose.
Lack of Guidance
Ye bi unemployment ka ek leading source h. Hume pta hi ni hota ki kya kb or kese krna h. Sb ek dusre ko dekh ke follow krte hn or yhi trend bn gya hai which is absolutely wrong. one should known by his Skills his Achievements not by his success (so called money).Yha bi kaam krne ki bhut jrrurt h seminar or webinar hone chahiye proper guidance honi chahiye so that is rate ko control kar sake.
