Day 2
‘What
the heck are they doing? Are they even inside?’ Josh was losing his patience
while waiting for the group inside the house. He was tired of sitting in the
car and following them. ‘Jai, take Archie with you and go check if they’re even
in there or have they left.’
Two
men, both six feet tall, body bulked up, each with a loaded Dan Wesson got down
from the back seats of the BMW and went inside a pathway covered with bushes on
the sides. The pathway gave rise to a Fenced garden door that had a giant steel
lock.
‘Wait
over here and signal others if something goes south. I’ll go in wait over
here.’Jai ordered Archie and climbed the fence in front of him. He was crawling
on his feet to have a good look at the inside of the house and not disclose his
presence.
Ten
minutes later Jai came running. He was fear-stricken and rushed directly
towards the car. ‘Josh, There is no one inside. I had a very good look and they
are just gone, vanished from in there.’
‘What!
Are you kidding me? One simple task was given to you both to not let them out
of your sight and you both just… Get in there now! Check for any evidence,
anything. You all are gonna get us killed for sure.

(Meanwhile,
Inside the house)
‘Eh,
We can jump out the kitchen windows. What say?’ suggested Shawn.
‘
Shawn, will you stop with your stupid ideas, please. We should not be out front
at any cost.’ Replied Ranveer. He turned to Dharam, ‘Sir do we have a car
parked over here? We can try to move out quickly and then ask for help maybe’
‘Ummm,
we do but it has not been used for like months so you’ll have to Hotwire it to
give it a start.’ replied Dharam.
There
was a loud click sound above the three just as Dharam finished. They heard
people rush in and lock them in the basement. Ranveer tried to break the door
with all the force he could acquire in a single blow but it felt like someone
held the door shut. There were loud crashing noises as if items were being
thrown mercilessly on the floor.
