In the case of penile cancer, patients often do not tell anyone out of fear that the condition is fatal.  Genital cancer or penile cancer is very common in our country these days.  In this case, even if the person feels the condition does not tell anyone, the condition progresses to surgery, which is not guaranteed to be cured.                      Penile cancer occurs in men.  This is the part of the male genitalia that is most likely to develop tumors or cancer.  Symptoms of this cancer include lumps, ulcers, breeding, long-term pain etc.  A lump in the thigh is often a symptom of penile cancer.                                                            The most common cause of penile cancer is HPV.  It is a type of virus that is a sexually transmitted disease that is transmitted through unprotected sexual intercourse.  About 50% of penile cancers are caused by this virus.  People who have phimosis are more likely to develop penile cancer.  People with HIV infection are more likely to develop penile cancer.                                     Human papillomavirus remains susceptible to infection.  Another is to use a condom during intercourse.  People with phimosis have prepuce surgery in which the skin is removed.  Vaginal cancer patients are treated according to their stage.                                                                            Treatment is different if cancer has started.  If the cancer is in the terminal stage, there are different treatments.  This treatment consists of 3 parts namely surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.  The tumor is usually surgically removed.  Further treatment is done according to the report that comes after removing the lump.                                                                                            The tumor is surgically removed.  In radiotherapy, x-rays and gamma rays are used where the tumor is removed.  In chemotherapy, saline or tablets are given to the patient.  If you have any symptoms of penile cancer or vaginal cancer, you should consult a doctor immediately.  Otherwise, if the last stage is reached, the patient's chance of survival is very low.
