Amieya was born and brought up in a small modern town in India named Bokaro, famous for its steel plant. Those who have grown up in this town proudly proclaim it as among the most beautiful cities in India, with a unique ambience of an excellent environment and easy going friendly people.Raised in a middle class family, like many Indians, Amieya received his first lessons of humanity through the grandparents’ bed time stories. In specific, the epics Ramayana and Mahabharata have shaped our thinking to imbibe pure thoughts, right knowledge and selfless action ('karma'). The teachings of 'karma' resonate strongly in Amieya's stories. Amieya completed Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and started his career in a Fortune 100 California based multinational, that took him on a whirlwind global trip- Singapore, USA, Israel, Holland, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, UK to name a few. The exploration of cultures, people and countries, inevitably becomes a great learning and self-exploration. Amieya was no exception to this.Amieya came to the UK from the West Coast at the start of the millennium, to set up the IT operations of an internet start-up.
