Organic farming is an Agriculture system that works is an harmony with nature. It has grown out of the conscious efforts by inspired people to create the best possible relationship between the earth and men. Largely excluding the use of synthetic inputs such as fertilizers, Pesticides, hormones etc and rely on crop rotation, crop residues. A major challenge today is certainly its entry to the policy making arena, its entry into anonymous global market and the transformation of organic products into commodities. During the last two decades, there has also been a significant sensitization of the global community towards enviornmental preservation and assuring of food quality. Ardent promoters of organic farming consider that it can meet both these demands and become the mean for complete development of rural areas. It is a process that uses biological fertilizers. It repairs, maintain and improves the ecological balance and also promote healthy soil, healthy food and healthy people.

Why Organic Farming?
1. India is majorly into the development of agriculture and the enviornment. Organig farming concludes both of them together. In organig farming, there is a use of bio products which is safe for the soil as well as the enviornment so both the objectives are achieved.
2. So organic farming is supported by the government as well in all aspects. In the economic development sector also plays a very important role.
3. There is a very big difference between conventional farming and organic concerning sales. The product produced from conventional farming are very cheap and low quality versus the products produced from organic farming.
4. The agricultural sector owes a very important part in enhancing the export value of India. The food products that were exported earlier did not gain many profits and were also not healthy affecting people with different diseases, but due to organic farming, the cost of production is less due to reduction in using the toxic substance and the profits are more which leads to good health and also affects the government's export value.

Reason to Go For Organic Farming:-
It boosts the nutritional quality of food
Organic crops are grown in biologically healthy and safe active soils. Crops on organic farms take a longer time to grow and tend to yield less per acre than crops on industrial agriculture.
Also, plants nourished by soil on organic farms produce crops that are most likely to consist of more important minerals, antioxidants, and vitamins.
Organic foods gives the best result for health issues.
There are so many problems everyone is facing in the conventional food system like learning disabilities, water pollution, birth defects, farm animals suffering and so much more.

To produce food of high nutritional quality in sufficient quantity.
To work with natural system rather than seeking to dominate them.
To maintain and increase long term fertility of soil.
To use, as far as possible, the renewable resources. To work as much as possible, within a closed system, wit regard to organic matter and nutrient elements.
To avoid all forms of pollution that may result from agricultral techniques.
To maintain the genetic diversity of agricultural system and its surroundings, including the plants and wild life habitats.
To allow agricultural producers an adequate returns and satisfaction from their work including safe drinking water.

*Indian farming reveals an untapped potential reviewing the list of 172 countires practicing organic agriculture worlwide since only 0.4% of agricultural land is under organic cultivation. In 2015, the export and domestic market of the indian organic industry grew up 30% and 40% respectively. Organic farming has seen a drastic overall development in almost every crop type due to increase in awarness in food security and environrmental safety.
* According to statistics by Assocham and TechSci., the organic farming market in India will reach around $1.36 billion in 2020 with a growth rate of 25-30% per year. Organic farming is rapidly growing in India and investors agree that challenges do exist in this sector but as soon as awarness and educational training about the benefits and set-up of organic farming is spread to the farmers, a positive economic outcome will follow.

Need of Organic Farming:-
* Increase in population make compulsion to stablize agricultural production, but to, increase it further, in sustainable manner.
* Natural balance needs to be maintained at all cost for existence of life and property.
* Agrochemicals which are produced from fossil fuel and are npt renewable and are diminishing in availability.

Basic plan of action brief
* The basic plan of action is that we want to do organic farming by using the resources we can
find around us.
* For that we need a piece of of land on which we will cultivate the organic farming vegetables, . fruits, herbs and etc.
* As a manure we will be going to use the cow dung which we resource from dairy department.
* We will also make bio fertilizer and bio pesticides for our farming because as we are doing
organic farming we will not use any chemical.
* We will make whole process in circular way so that there will be no wastage of any material
and it will decrease the prices of input.
* We will be using mechanical power.
* After cultivation, we will be calculating whole prices of inputs and then compare them with the
prices of markets to see profit and savings.
* We will compare market of both organically grown products and chemically grown products
around us.
* While doing farming our motive will be more sustainable and efficient.
