Amazing book and highly recommended. Khushwant Singh is well known for his outspoken fascination with the sex of lighter skin. He has enjoyed the attention that this interest has brought him. They served as the basis for some of his most well-known creations, both as a journalist and a matchless raconteur. Another excellent work by this author is on Women: Selected Writings. In his book Women: Selected Writings, he writes of an uncomfortable encounter with Begum Para, an inebriated actress from the past. He provides a thorough biography of Shraddha Mata and a tantric sadhvi who claimed to be the mother of Jawaharlal Nehru's illegitimate child.
