I am sure that the lavish lifestyle, extravagant travel and glamorous pictures on Instagram have caught you scrolling endlessly at least once. And don’t you lie, you must have envied the lives of these models at some point in your life.
If you talk to any of these models you will realise that there is a lot that goes into making their lives look so chic. A major credit goes to the hard work of the person behind the camera.
Photographers can not only create pictures that resonate with the audience but they can also make everything appear larger than life. This is why, only a photographer can help us understand what goes into making a picture appear like a thousand bucks.
One such young gem that we came across is Sumit Sen.
Who is Sumit Sen and what does he do?
It's interesting to see that Sumit who is a 23-year-old young guy from Bhopal based out of Mumbai, India has a myriad of interests and does tremendously well in all these fields. What is common in all these interests is that one, he does pretty well in all these fields, second all of these have got to do with the camera. Sumit has been a passionate storyteller since he was a young boy.And he quickly learned to use storytelling through the camera lens.
He soon realised that this passion was his biggest strength and he embarked on a journey to conquer the world of glamour. Sumit weaves stories through still pictures, video shooting, video editing and BTS shoots. A typical day for Sumit includes meeting celebrities like Divya Dutta, Karishma Kapoor, and Tara Sutaria to name a few. It also includes lots of parties, music, travel and fun.

Sumit has been working in the industry for the past 6 years and has covered numerous fashion events most notably the Bombay Fashion Week. He has been a regular photographer at the Bombay Fashion Week captivating the elegant designer wear by
Govinda Designs, Indya, JD’sFashion, Soezi’s Nails etc. He has also covered international beauty pageants such as the prestigious Universal Woman.

All this has been nothing short of a dream come true for the 23-year-old but his hunger to achieve more pushes him to be better every single day. He has also made his way into the music industry where he has handled the end-to-end videography, BTS shoots, posters and pictures for songs like Dolce Gabbana, Dua Karo and Meherbaan. His perfect shots were recognised by the International Iconic Awards where he received the award for the best photographer and videographer not once but twice.
It won’t be wrong to say that he is quite a hustler but most importantly he is a firm believer in having gratitude. He often tells those around him “Remember that happiness is a way to travel not a destination”.
What it takes to be the best!
It's not easy to be the best. As for Sumit, it requires hours of hard work to get the perfect pictures and there are days when he has to work with little or no sleep. Yet he does not complain and loves his work. And for us, Sumit makes sure that he keeps the gram updated with his latest professional pictures as well as his personal experiences.
