Paneer Manchurian is a delicious Indo-Chinese dish made with paneer (Indian cottage cheese) that has been coated in a batter, fried until crispy, and then tossed in a spicy and tangy sauce. Here's a simple recipe to make Paneer Manchurian at home:
Ingredients:
- 250g paneer, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornflour
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped

- Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, black pepper powder, and water. Mix well and cook for a minute.

- Add the fried paneer cubes to the sauce and mix well so that the paneer cubes are coated with the sauce.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the paneer is heated through and the sauce is evenly coated.
