Once, I and my friend were going to a wedding. The marriage hall was very far, around 60 Km from our home. It was our best friend's wedding so it was extremely important for us to go.
So we started our bike and we began moving forward. My friend told me that he had to get the tank full so we stopped at a pump station. Ahead of us was a girl with her scooty and we, in our speed, hit her scooty a bit without causing any harm to her or her vehicle. We asked sorry, but she started shouting aggressively. So much so that a crowd stood nearby us.
She falsely accused us that we were harassing and molesting her. People believed her as she was a girl. A man even slapped my friend. Someone called police also that two guys are molesting an innocent girl. The police came and never believed us too, took us to the police station while the girl was sent to her home without any fuss.
Our parents were called to the station and told whatever was told to them by the girl. Our parents also believed that we did wrong and everyone scolded us.
After a lot of pleadings we were let go. We went to our respective homes where we were home confined for days without any fault of ours, while the girl was somewhere roaming free and boasting about how she was so strong and confident.
So today, it's the men who need to fear the women as they have all the legal and social power which they misuse whenever they want.
