Today, world is changing very fast . life of everyone is so tensed and depressed. we are living in a digital world . New inventions, technology and so more are upgraded. Everybody is facing depression in their life. It may be due to study , family health, family problems, job working stress. Sometimes we are so depressed that we want to leave that real world and wish to live in a fantasy world. At a time when we are exhasted with our daily routine, we bacame so introvert and we feel like that we were caught in a time loop. We unble to get out from it. A stage of depression was also come in my life. I was also feeling the same things.                                                                    when i came to know that i was also feeling the same thing that i am also depressed. I have done some mistakes in my life and i was unable to understand what to do now. To distract my mind i was watching movies and videos . But at a time, this enjoying entertainment was also vanised.            I was also feeling lonelyness in my life. Then I came to know about some books about how to overcome depression or any kind of trauma in your.                                                                             I begain to read that books which can help me to get out of depression. The book show very easy and simple steps . I followed them and after some time i can feel the change in my thoughts and begain to live my life again.                                                                                                           The most common method is meditation and focus on yourself. It helps me to know about myself better than before. I don't want to describe about the steps about to minimum your depression because it was already written in books. You have to do one thing that pickup any  book about depression management related and read it.                                                                   LIFE is just moving but sometime we feel that everything has stopped and we don't feel any goods. It is okay to have failure in your life, it is okay to have fall down. we can just do one thing is to live happy with forgot every mess of our life. JUST KEEP MOVING AHEAD.
