The medical answer is NO AGE. It can happen to anyone at any age.
#cardiology colleagues here may be able to corroborate and correct me if I am incorrect in my simplification of the thing.
In a school level understanding of the heart - it is a pump. It functions on electrical activity which is self generated; and for its own functioning it gets blood supply for itself.
If either of the two get impeded for any reason, the pump goes into arrest - #heartattack is what ensues. There is a more vivid technical explanation and detail that can follow up; however it may become too complex to discuss in here.
