Ranjita Biswas
Ranjita Biswas is a journalist, author and translator based in Kolkata. She has won the KATHA and other awards for her translation of fiction from Assamese to English. She received the Best Translation Prize, English from the Sahitya Akademi in 2017 for the book Written in Tears. She also writes travelogues, short stories and children’s fiction.
